Multimaterial and Multiscale Biofabrication of 3D in vitro models of complex tissues – Presented by Carmelo De Maria, University of Pisa, at 3D Medical Printing Conference, which will take place on 30-31 January 2018 at MECC Maastricht, The Netherlands.
The presentation will describe the recent advances in bioprinting technologies to engineer 3D in vitro tissues and organs by controlling spatial heterogeneity of chemical and physical properties of scaffolds and, at the same time, the cellular composition and spatial arrangement.
