“Personalised medicine with patient specific implants” – David Koper, Maastricht UMC at 3D Bioprinting Conference

David Koper, MD, DMD  of Resident Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at academic hospital Maastricht UMC, will present about personalised medicine with patient specific implants at the 3D Bioprinting Conference on June 19.

About David Koper
David Koper followed his medical education at Maastricht University. During medical school he engaged in European Union-funded research projects Custom-Fit and Custom IMD, focussing on additive manufacturing technology in maxillofacial surgery. He was awarded a Kauffman Global Scholarship, that allowed him to follow a high-impact entrepreneurship course at USA’s top-ranked universities, among which Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University, in 2011. He finished his dental education at Radboud University Nijmegen July 2013, to start his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Maastricht University Medical Center in September that same year, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Kessler.
